    One of many great pieces. This one seems a pointedly composed visually, like a set of moving silver-dipped photos - though many other Hitchcock films work better storywise. I love him, in part, because of his masterful audience manipulation; believe this is one of his most important contributions to moviemaking, eh, baby Spielberg?

    Not too familiar with this cut directly. Enjoyed this far more than Star Wars, of which George Lucas may be my favorite piece... Anyhoo, this blew me away, and continues to, each time I screen it. Futuristic, dark, cerebral, moody & character-focused :-)

I feel pretty good and rested if not full stamina, energy. Mind is already jumping off to some great things to do this week for moving (make that map, and get into Brooklyn more) and MetLife (pieces for '06 framework).

I think roommate-leaseholder is confused about give & take in a win-win model. Well, certainly, based on comments last night around NewO - shockingly incompassionate to the lost and screwed up lives in the name of politics & 'parties'. Still sense he's a bit racist, or prejudice. Made a comment last week about Filipino (sp?) in an elitist, caste-d way, plus seemingly derogatory. Living in this apartment has been an experience. Alas, I do need to move on to something better, healthier, more Me.

Ahem- been saying that for A LONG TIME!

OTOH, perhaps you need to remember you have a roof over your head and food in your stomach, of which those folks in NOLA do not.

If you need to move then go for it, but I'd suggest someplace warmer and drier. Attitudeless would also be a plus, but flights to Mars are a little pricey these days.
